Frequently Asked Questions
For virtual coaching sessions, my fee is $95 per hour, to be paid in advance of your scheduled session. For in-person conflict resolution coaching, training, and facilitation work, my fee is $120 per hour. I can work with individuals and teams/groups. Ask me about special pricing for multiple coaching sessions, or ongoing corporate sponsored work.
I have fifteen years of extensive experience managing and resolving conflicts of all kinds. I have represented clients from many different industries and walks of life. Most conflict resolution practitioners follow common methodologies and are not well versed in competitive conflict processes.
I teach the skill and confidence required by a conflicting party to earn respect and enjoins the opponents toward a durable resolution to differences and cessation of unwanted behaviors.
It depends on your specific conflict and how many individuals are involved. In some cases, I meet with and work for clients on a daily basis. In others, I consult with clients once or twice per week until you are happy with the results. Eventually, we move to less frequent follow-up sessions.
